Annotation to the film "Feuertaufe" "Baptism of fire" 1940

Annotation to the film "Feuertaufe" "Baptism of fire" under the direction of Hans Bertram, released in 1940 as a documentary film about the actions of the German Luftwaffe in Poland. The film was released by the instructions of Hermann Goering. It was the first propaganda film of  such a kind. Bertam sent the final version of the film to Caringall, the residence of Hermann Goering.    H. Göring remained completely satisfied. And few days later Adolf Hitler watched the film. He was also impressed and gave the film the highest ratings. The film premiered on April 5, 1940 in Ufa-Palast am Zoo in Berlin. After that the film has been shown in 55 cinemas throughout Berlin.
