Award certificate to Iron cross 1939, the 1st class recipient. Interesting certificate issued to the Wachmeister Hinrich Höhns from 1 company Heeres Artillerie Abteilung (bodenstand) 910 (coastal artillery of Kriegsmarine). The certificate issued for a combat day in Mummassaaare-Hundinurga combat near Narva city, Estonia.  And the shown date is march of 1944. The certificate issued by the commander of  III-rd SS Panzer Corps SS Gruppenführer und Generalleutnant der Waffen SS Matthias Kleinheisterkamp who was later taken to the POW near the Halbe city by the Soviet forces on April, 28 1945. He committed suicide a day later. Other accounts state that  he died on May,02  in the Battle of Halbe. The fate of the Hinrich Höhns: most probably he missed in action in Kurland Pocket in 1945 or became a Soviet POW. Certificate is sealed by Waffen-ss, III.(germ) SS-Panzer-Korps.
