Lower rank of the Wehrmacht infantry servicemen visor hat. Mid war issue. The cap is a felt construction in the Feldgrau colour with white felt piping and a dark green wool band. On a cream-coloured viscose lining, there is a celluloid shield with a logo of an eagle and the inscription "Extra Class". The sweatband is made of synthetic leatherette paper impregnated with rubber and covered with a composite resin, often such sweatbands do not survive to our day, due to the poor quality of production.
