Luftwaffe flying personal or FJ slip-on shoulder straps. Good condition. Matched by color and condition straps, but this is not a perfect pair, because they are little bit different in length. However that will not be visible on a Fliegerbluse. More to say, we got  them as a pair from vet's family.
