There are loops for the medal bar (Bandpange), flight operations clasp, and an Observer's Badge (Beobachterabzeichen) or pilot's badge, as well as fro the Iron cross 1st class. On the right pocket there were two loops, but one is lost (most probably the owner was awarded with the Spanish Cross).
