Prussian spiked helmet - Pickelhaube Preussen. Leather, has many markings. Producer Muehlenfeld & Co, depot markings. BA ( Bekleidungsamt XVII- Danzig) and the dates 1897, 1899, 1906, hand marked size on the back neck guards apron 55, also the name of owner, Fus Fran???. The neck guards apron partially missed stitching. The chinstrap is not original, but well done. Back brass fitting and the steel spike's base plate is changed too. Outside and inside it looks fine and good for exposition. Sell as is and ask more than reasonable price.
