That is extremely scarce soviet tropical hat in very good condition, belonged to the flyer who served in Iran, and who moved the Lend Lease planes to the Soviet Union in the war time period. That is a pre war made hat, by factory Moskvoshwei. Unfortunately no date on it, but the markings is surely pre war type. New !
