m 1/75 RZM Otto Schickle NSDAP Member badge, rare type

NSDAP Member badge, marked M 1/75 - Otto Schickle.  Should be lapel pin variant, but factory produced with pin back.  There is a place for a lapel pin hook, but for some reason they made small quantity in such manner. Some traces of use, but no enamel damage.
