Sleeve Shield "Narvik 1940" for Wehrmacht - Juncker. Silvered Zinc. The presented type is attributed to C.E. Juncker factory. This version has a rare die struck: the wings touch the eagle's head, and it's much rarer than other examples from this manufacturer. Complete, on the original wool, with the original rear lining part covering the mount. Excellent condition with age patina. With much character, nice, untouched condition.  In the Wehrmacht, only 2755 people were awarded, of which 96 were posthumously; in particular, 206 soldiers in the 2nd and 2338 soldiers in the 3rd Gebirgsjager divisions.
