This is a mid-war type of Wehrpass book issued to Heinrich Huber born in 1896.

He joined the 166th Infantry Regiment in October 1915 and fought in the Eastern Front during the World War I. He left army in November 1918 when the war was over. In 1943 he got his military examination and received a stamp as eligible for garrison service in field ("garnisonverwendungsfaehig Feld").
