Very rare NSDAP member badge, marked "9" for Robert Hauschild-Pforzheim. Transitional variant, issued in ca 1933-35 years, without the M1 prefix. The later type badges from this manufacturer occasionally come across the market, but the transitional version meets us for the first time in our 25 years practice of studying the party badges of N.S.D.A.P. The quality of production of late issued badges from this maker is much better than from early period (before 1935), as we can see on this badge the quality is not the best.
