Description

Wehrmacht geschönte Feldbluse für einen Oberst Arzt.  Wehrmacht peace-time Geschoente Feldbluse - Feldwebel of the medical service in the 10th medical battalion. The owner originally served in the 17th Cavalry Regiment in Bamberg, as evidenced by a tag inside the lining's pocket and made by the custom tailoring workshop Eder & Sohn Nürnberg.  Signed: Sitter 17 R.R Bamberg ( Reiter Regiment 17). The so-called type "Geschönte Feldbluse alter Art" - Decorated jacket of the old model, with sewn-in colored piping. In this case, the piping is cornflower blue for the Wehrmacht medical personnel. Produced from an excellent officer's quality wool diagonal - tricot and outstanding officer's quality work, with practically no traces of insect activity, except for slight, almost invisible bites on the right rear fold. Excellent condition, minor traces of use, two small holes, the size of a match head, in the fold of the left cuff. Early cupronickel buttons produced by the Assmann factory. Size approximately 48, with a chest 90 cm.
